Delivery times
Normal delivery time is 7 – 10 days from receipt of payment of your order. Please note this also depends on stock availability. If your item/s are out of stock at the time of receipt of your order, we will notify you of the expected delay in delivery. We cannot be held responsible in any delays that may be incurred by the Mail Service's or your local delivery provider. Nor can we be held responsible for any delays that may be incurred if you provide an incorrect delivery address.

What can I do if I want to cancel or change my order?
Wen's Boots n Shoes processes orders daily at 6:00pm (Australian EST). If you wish to cancel your order in full or part thereof please contact us prior to this time and on the same day as your order has been placed. You may change your order for size and colour only dependant on stock availability.
